Born into a migrant farmworker family in Belle Glade, Teresa understands the community deeply. From working in the fields to becoming a trusted case manager in 2019, she brings lived experience, resilience, and faith into everything she does in order to support others.

Originally from Haiti, Youjenda joined FWCC with a strong desire to help. Bilingual in Creole and determined, she has grown into her role, guiding families toward independence and self-sufficiency with empathy and grace.

Originally from Honduras, Fanny brings warmth and positivity to her role. A mother of three, she is passionate about education and helping others grow in learning. At FWCC, she supports scholastics opportunities that empower individuals and families in the community.
Since 2019, Dacyl has been a compassionate guide for families navigating tough times. She assists clients in accessing services and connects them with resources to meet their needs. Her favorite part? Knowing her work makes a real difference every day.
